Job Description

Our goal at TD is to Become the Preferred Bank for Women Entrepreneurs (WE). To deliver on this goal, we have made it our mission to Facilitate the Success and Growth of Women Entrepreneurs.
The Quebec WE Regional Manager will act as the Business Lead for the Quebec market for the Women Entrepreneurs Segment, responsible for delivering on our mission within the province, as well as helping to lead some national projects in collaboration with the national manager.

To deliver on this mission, the Quebec WE Regional Manager will execute on the three pillars of the Women Entrepreneurs strategy in Quebec by 1) Collaborating internally and externally with organizations and stakeholders to support Women Entrepreneurs and by 2) Educating colleagues on these solutions and the WE segment in order to 3) Facilitate the success and growth of Women Entrepreneurs at TD.

Work with OneTD partners (BB, Wealth, Retail) and other key internal partners (Segments, Philanthropy, Community Relations, CAPA, Marketing) to build knowledge of the segment while also identifying and driving internal support
Maintain relationships with and maximize impact of TD's external existing collaborations focused on empowering Women Entrepreneurs through education, financing, mentoring, and community, such as Futurpreneur, Women Enterprise Organization of Canada (WEOC), The BIG Push, WEConnect International, Reseau des Femmes d'Affaires du Qebec (RFAQ), Illuxi, Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE), and The Brand is Female

Job Requirements

Educate Colleagues and Facilitate Success and Growth:
Build knowledge of the segment and awareness of TD's internal and external solutions & partnerships within the Quebec Region
Increase presence and awareness of TD’s Women in Entrepreneurs focus within the market place, developing & maintaining key relationships with COI’s within the market.
Lead a team of accredited Women Entrepreneur Bankers in Quebec aka "WE Bankers". WE Bankers are highly-engaged customer facing Business Bankers (AMSBs, Account Managers, Relationship Managers) who share a passion for the WE segment.
WE Bankers complete the voluntary WE accreditation training program and are committed to engage in Women Entrepreneur activities at TD in order to help serve the unique needs of this segment of prospects and customers. They will also act as subject matter experts on the WE segment, supporting their Business Banking colleagues.
These WE bankers will participate in WE related events in the province, develop relationships with key COIs, and guide their clients and prospects to our internal & external solutions to help them succeed.
The Quebec WE Regional Manager will be accountable for the continued engagement, ongoing training, and ultimately business results of this group of WE Bankers.
Help with handling data analytics to understand all portfolio growth and track metrics of all program in place to report monthly
Run all WE related events planned in each region with the help of WE Bankers.

WE Business Banking Account & Volume Growth through business acquisition and relationship deepening
WE OneTD Volume Growth and referrals
WE Banker engagement, expertise, and business results

Strong local active network in the women entrepreneur segment and recognized as a leader within the community
solid understanding of the link between access to markets and access to capital
Strong project leadership and event coordination expertise.
A history of making an impact and delivering business results
A demonstrated ability to make things happen through the use of impact & influence without a direct level of authority
Skillful bilingual (English & French ) communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and partnership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
