Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is seeking a detail oriented and multi-talented person to fill the role of Accounts Payable Clerk

Job duties:
  • Responsible for managing the collection, coding, and paying the expenses of the organization
  • Verifying Management Authorization
  • Monitoring discount opportunities
  • Scheduling and preparing checks; resolving, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation;
  • Insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or other amendments
  • Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions and maintaining vendor relations
  • Reconciling the Corporate Credit Card program
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Organized self starter with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Accounting training and/ or education an asset
  • PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills
Valid work permit
