Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team. This position involves processing orders for clients, sales support and researching potential new clients. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a growing company, we are looking for an energetic, well-spoken individual that is eager to close sales and increase revenue. Most importantly, we are looking for a individual that has high attention to detail and accuracy.

Role Outline

  • Order Processing for accounts assigned (incl's sending customer order confirmations and proof's to sign off on.
  • Sales Support (including client quotations and preparation of client presentations)
  • Research new potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest through dispatching catalogs and then following up via outbound calls

Expectations

  • Maintain accurate records in associated order processing and CRM system
  • Answer client inquiries or problems quickly and efficiently
  • Keep in-tune with special and current industry trends amongst vendors, decorators and products
  • Maintain ongoing commitment to sales training

Required

  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior listening skills
  • Ability to maintain an organized and professional workspace
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
