As UX/UI Interaction Designer:
You will design and create accessible, user-friendly and innovative digital solutions that appeal to our clients
You will learn about and get to understand users' needs, behaviours and emotions by experimenting with various methods
You will refine your approach and develop a clear vision to resolve issues and obtain results
You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, while keeping the user at the heart of the experience
Examine various elements (value proposition, hypotheses, assumptions, requirements, client feedback) to understand the issues at hand and our business objectives:
Determine the scope of the product
Participate in Design Sprint workshops
Collaborate with experience leaders on the value chain and client experience teams
Be creative, generate ideas and explore potential solutions:
Lead brainstorming sessions
Monitor our competitors and market best practices
Play a central role in developing and designing the user experience
Design various components required to produce interfaces (Experience Map, Storyboard, Flowchart, Wireframes, Clickable mockups, Coded prototypes, Style guide)
Collaborate with other designers to efficiently create a consistent, high-quality product using a system with robust components
Contribute to developing the Design Ops strategy
Provide feedback, iterate, deliver
Validate, share, discuss with stakeholders and obtain their agreement, run tests and meet user expectations:
Suggest and produce lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes
Participate in user tests, create discussion guides and analyze data collected
Present results to various production teams and stakeholders
Take a position and issue recommendations
Bachelor's degree OR Master's AND/OR other training in a related field, such as graphic design, digital design, animation design, computer graphics design, software design or multimedia design
Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience as an interaction designer in a role with similar responsibilities
Experience designing products from end-to-end using a responsive, multi-platform (web, Android, iOS) approach in iterative mode
Mastery of design applications: Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, InVision
Skill in lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping
Ability to work and communicate in French and English
Creative in your approach to solving problems and finding solutions
Curious, regularly ask questions, and always strive to do better in order to understand people's motivations
Deeply empathetic to users
A skilled communicator; you are able to communicate ideas and defend your choices
Skilled in Lean Design; you enjoy drawing on a library of components to create high-quality, consistent and effective work
Disciplined and manage your priorities well, while cultivating a passion for your work
