We are a dynamic real estate team looking for an experienced administrative assistant.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Able to create content and manage social media pages in a timely manner.
  • Preparing brokerage contracts and listing presentations
  • Coordinating with clients to schedule showings
  • Managing and organizing calendar and appointments
  • Assisting in uploading new listings and obtaining pertinent documentation
  • Managing and organizing virtual and physical filing systems
  • Organizing and submitting paperwork for compliance with Board rules and regulations
  • Assisting in creation and management of Social Media platforms, in addition to online and print campaigns
  • Preparing various documents, such as letters, marketing reports or both
  • Filing and any other administrative task
  • Sense of the organization and follow-ups
  • Like to take charge of responsibilities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual; written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to clearly and effectively organize a high volume of documents
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
