What We're Hiring For
Line and Prep Cook
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting

Please enter through the main lobby. An Impact Kitchen employee will be available to greet you and escort you to the Hiring Fair location.

What is a Hiring Event?
Think of it like a job fair, but for one company and more personal. Hiring events are a great way for employers to fill multiple roles quickly. Hiring is a human process, and they would like to meet you to see if you’re a fit!
The Barista is responsible for preparing all restaurant beverages in a timely manner and at superior quality. They must be warm and welcoming to guests with knowledge of the menu and an understanding of the nutritional ingredients to assist with guest questions.
Preparing all beverages in a timely manner according to menu and customer specifications. Items include;
Coffee and espresso based beverages with superior latte art, tea, immunity elixir beverages, smoothies, beer, wine, and ciders
Dialing espresso grinders daily and continually monitoring espresso quality
Accurately inputting orders through POS system to ensure efficient communication with service line, coffee bar and smoothie bar
Setting up and closing down the barista station at the start and end of each shift while constantly monitoring cleanliness and sanitization of workspace and bar equipment
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of Barista Bar checklist each shift
Supporting other restaurant tasks and teammates as required
