Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Logistics Coordinator coordinates the movement of products to our customers and effectively deals with the day to day logistics to moving heavyweight products throughout North America.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service, surpassing expectations
Coordinate ground logistics and movement of product to ensure it arrives on time and in excellent condition
Create freight quotes, process and track orders
Interact with vendors and work collaboratively to ensure the customer receives the product
Create bill of ladings and customs documents
Process claims, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Audit freight invoices and approve for payment in a timely manner
Interact with customers via live chat
Positively impact Net Promoter Score (NPS) by providing exceptional customer service
Build trust and strong relationships both internally and externally
What You Need to Know
1-2 years' experience in customer service. Logistics background preferred
Exceptional problem solving skills
Ability to clearly set customer expectations
Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
University degree in business or a related field
Logistics experience an asset
