Key responsibilities

  • Translating a vision for online marketing into a coherent digital marketing strategy
  • Developing and executing integrated online strategy with wider company marketing plans
  • Ensuring marketing plan is in alignment with marketing budget
  • Leading and managing digital marketing team
  • Enhancing and managing the website infrastructure to ensure it optimizes web visibility and traffic
  • Using PPC, SEO, email campaigns/automation, blogs, forums, and other social media experience to generate awareness to drive and nurture leads.
  • Understanding analytics and measuring ROI while collaborating with advertising and media experts to optimize and improve marketing results
  • Identifying the latest consumer trends and technologies affecting the client’s industry
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, leads, and target audience
  • Analyzing marketing plan and performance using KPIs
  • Working with senior employees in development of overall business plan

Skills, Knowledge and abilities:
  • Significant digital marketing experience (google ads, keywords, SEO, SEM, analytics, PPC)
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to carry out all digital functions.
  • Overall marketing experience with an expertise in digital marketing
  • Great project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Experience and in depth knowledge of various social media and digital platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Familiar with Accessibility, CASL and Privacy requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
