Administrative and Marketing Assistant

Radiant Beauty Supplies is a 51 year old business that operates out of Hamilton, Ontario.

We represent and distribute the leading professional beauty brands within the salon hairstyling industry.

Summary of Position: We are recruiting an individual to assist in the administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth and effective operations of our head office as well as working with the president to help implement marketing and social platforms to help with sales in our stores, sales in the field, our e-commerce website and social media.

The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized individual who has the ability to multi task many roles and responsibilities. You will have a background in marketing and office administration. You will have experience with graphic design and a strong understanding of Social Media with applications such as Instagram and facebook.

Key Job Responsibilities Administrative Duties:

  • Sales reporting to president and manufacturers
  • Coordinating educational events and scheduling education in the field
  • Coordinating sales meetings
  • Liaison between manufacturers and sales representatives
  • Liaison between head office and store locations
  • Maintaining year round pricing within Sage software
  • Updating products and descriptions within Sage Software
  • Updating sales and promotions within Sage Software
  • Assisting the president with administrative responsibilities Marketing Duties
  • Design of flyers and promotions for stores and sales representatives
  • Design of flyers and promotions for educational events
  • Creating sales initiatives for social media such as instagram and facebook
  • Updating content for website and b2b sales
  • Designing content for sales e campaigns through programs such as mail chimp
  • General graphic design Social media
  • Posting daily on instagram and facebook to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Communicating on social media with customers and responding to inquiries
  • Designing content for social media with applications such as Canva
  • Engaging influencers and hairstylist on social media to promote followers and engagement
  • Interacting with manufacture social media departments
  • Measuring web traffic and engagement
  • Design and oversee social media contest Employment Perks
