We are looking to hire a Community Engagement Lead to join our team. This is a dynamic role that focuses on the overall management, growth and development (coaching/mentoring) of various online community subject matter experts (SME’s) across our entire Curatio online app platform. This will also include an administrative component as part of the daily tasks and project requirements. You will also act as a curious learner yet possess a ‘big picture’ entrepreneurial mindset. You will support the Curatio engagement drivers by comprehending, analyzing, and adapting social strategies and methodologies that best encompass online community experiences with user retention and values.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5+ years combined career experience facilitating training programs and people performance (coaching/mentoring)
  • Combination of education and specific project experiences in any of the following fields: human behaviour (psychology), digital health, instructional design and user experience (UX)
  • Professional coaching certification (ACC, MCC, PCC) and/or certified trainer designations (CTDP, CPTM) preferred, but not required
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated while multi-tasking business/people strategies
  • Comfortable working in a home office/virtual environment with varying stakeholders across different time zones and countries
  • Ability to utilize Slack, Google Suite, MS Office, Zoom or other applicable tools/systems
  • A passion for social media/mobile applications within the digital health industry will be considered an asset


  • Lead a growing team of dedicated Community Manager subject matter experts while acting as the primary gatekeeper for delivering clear, highly responsive strategies, processes, and roadmaps toward our Curatio online app user base
  • Responsible for the overall sourcing, selection, liaising and day to day administration for all Curatio’s community managers around the world
  • Develop, standardize, and facilitate the Community Manager ‘Train the Trainer’ onboarding program (Community Manager Academy)
  • Provide regular 1:1 mentorship, coaching and training to all SME contributors across various online communities as it aligns with Curatio objectives and key results
  • Research, understand and maintain knowledge of the digital health market, user journey/experience (UX) trends, best practices with data privacy legislation or guidelines (ex. HIPAA, PIPEDA) and online user/application marketing techniques
