What is the opportunity?

The Risk Manager manages risk tasks, ensuring technical/operational work flow and scheduling issues are addressed with timely escalation, appropriate managing reporting and communication to affect parties.

What will you do?

Manage risk tasks, ensuring technical/operational work flow and scheduling issues are addressed with timely escalation, appropriate management reporting and communication to affected parties
Maintain ongoing, effective communication with EUS teams and/or Development teams, peers, and other IT partners
Responsible to ensure tasks are on schedule for completion with the appropriate EUS teams and Ensuring accuracy of risk tasks submitted
Takes ownership of issues and collaborates with EUS teams, DEV or other required teams to investigate issues and drive them to solution
Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources and completes risk tasks where technical knowledge of the application is not required
Participates in audit through prep meetings, meetings with the auditors and supplies evidence as requested by the scope of the audit
Promote innovative or improved methods amongst EUS teams to get required work completed and implements best practices
ServiceNow: Change, Incident, and Line Item reporting including historical trending and projections.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
Understanding of the Windows Server and Applications Risk Management Controls and the technical environment supporting them.
Understanding of the RBC Security Policies and Standards requirements and implementations
Understanding of the exceptions, findings and risk acceptance process
Ability to extract, summarize and present data that is formatted for Management use, Mass consumption and Executive dashboards
Proficient with Excel

Nice-to-have:
Risk Management certification
