We are looking for a colleague with great communication skills, comfortable working with data and process oriented to join our Loyalty Program Management team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the PC Optimum platform is stable by providing operational support across all banners and regions in the Loblaws portfolio.
The role will have significant exposure to cross-functional teams, working collaboratively on a day-to-day basis with Store Operations, Marketing, Loyalty Operations & Promotions, and IT to name a few.
What You’ll Do:
Support Loyalty Program Management team with designed processes to manage loyalty offers across multiple divisions and banners.
Support Loyalty Program Management with managing the loyalty targeted offer pool and maintenance of analytical models with current data and accurate item list.
Assist with updating PC Optimum offers with new images, legal details and products.
Work with the Loyalty Promotions team with ad-hoc reporting requests and troubleshooting on loyalty offers .
Running reports weekly, identifying concerns and communicating directly to the Senior Manager.
Assist in preparation of presentation materials for senior management.
Assist in the development of operational processes and initiatives to support the execution of our loyalty program.
Develop a high level of knowledge of store level execution and context and demonstrate the ability to identify an issue and resolution.
What You’ll Need:
A “Data-Driven Mindset”, enjoys problem solving, and working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with large sets of data
A solid understanding of Loyalty Programs
Working knowledge of SQL and/or other programming languages
Advanced MS Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders in writing and in person
Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership and learn
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize workload
Strong attention to detail.
