Reporting to the Director, Human Resource Services, the Human Resource Manager (HRM) is responsible for overseeing the provision of strategic human resource service delivery, aligned with government and department objectives and priorities, and in accordance with legislative, contractual and policy requirements. The HRM provides leadership and is responsible for the performance and development of staff involved in recruitment and selection, labour and employee relations, classification and compensation, strategic planning, and supportive employment which includes disability management and accommodations. The HRM also supports the transformation of work and culture through fostering involvement and engagement on corporate initiatives, committees and projects.
