Where and What:
Location: 3867 92 Avenue NW, Edmonton

Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the management of fleet operations throughout Edmonton Ready Mix Division
Oversee major shop with up to 70 units including mixer trucks, pumps, slinger trucks and end dump trucks
Oversee eight (8) technicians including currently: one (1) field technician, one (1) fleet records administrator, and one (1) parts coordinator
Oversee eight (8) technicians including one (1) field technician
Able to maintain and build vendor relationships
Implement strategies to streamlines costs and reduce overall down time with the ready mix fleet
Work closely with our heavy duty mechanics and drivers to maximize expenditures value, service to customers, and safety within the department

What we need from you:
Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician with CVIP license
Clean Drivers Abstract
Experience leading a high performing team including completing performance appraisals
High level of integrity and ethics - doing the right thing is always the right thing to do
Must have on-road fleet maintenance experience
Strong safety background and positive workplace building skills an asset

Reality of the Job:
Work in a shop environment from an office but will frequently perform site visits
Hours of Work Monday through Friday; start and end times may vary depending on business needs
Weekend work may be required occasionally depending on business needs
Must be capable of answering or responding to calls away from work at times
Must be capable of performing routine physical requirements regarding climbing in and out of a truck, crouching, bending, or lifting up to 50 pounds
