Job Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic person with great energy and interest in working in an high paced environment. We strive to give our customers great service while keeping our employees happy in a fun work environment.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

o Experience in a direct front line guest service environment or other related field is preferred.

o Ability to converse in another language is considered an asset.

o MUST have First Aid and CPR

o Good verbal skills with the ability to work with a can-do attitude, always achieving a positive guest experience.

o Work with enthusiasm and energy while working under a variety of pressures, and sometimes unpleasant, and extremes of weather conditions.

o Must be able to walk and stand for the entire shift.

o Ability to support a 7-day a week operation is essential.

o Must be able to work well in a team


o Maintaining the company’s positive image in a respectful and professional manner.

o Ensuring the safety of all guests at all times

o Enforcement of rules and regulations for each attraction

o Maintaining a clean work area


o Able to work outside in all weather conditions

o Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

o Able to work with minimal supervision

o Friendly, professional and outgoing personality

o Ability to problem solve Ensuring the customers are always safe while they are enjoying our air bouncer, rock wall, zip line and other attractions.

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and all holidays.

Seasonal end of June - September

With training starting in May.
