Tuesday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
We’re a Business Centre serving a range of businesses in Saanich, BC. As a receptionist and administrative assistant for all companies within the Business Centre, you’ll need to be an organized multi-tasker with strong customer service skills.
You’ll be responsible for the daily functioning of reception: in-person, by phone, and by email. You’ll also be tasked with a broad range of administrative functions aimed at supporting Business Centre clients.
Our calm office atmosphere and amazing tenants create a great work environment. We aim to be flexible and supportive and encourage you to get creative in the workplace! Extend beyond general administrative tasks and get involved in social event planning, social media posts and/or anything else that inspires you.
Previous office experience is an asset but not a requirement.
Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software a plus.
The position is for 20-28 hours/week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm.
