As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities can include:
Integrating Salesforce and do back end coding
Ability to design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications
Identifying opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the client’s needs
Developing and managing senior-level relationships
Managing engagement and financials and risk
Managing a number of projects, meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations
Using feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
Developing new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
Using a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
Minimum 3 years experience working with Salesforce software development; 2 years experience working with Salesforce platform implementations
Degree in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering
Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Solid exposure or experience with Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
A general interest and passion for IT, particularly in the Cloud/SaaS space
Experience working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders
Experience with collecting requirements/feedback directly from stakeholders and integrating that into code
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from development to testing, and have knowledge of the available Salesforce environments.
Solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues and ideas to senior executives within the context of their business
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
