Our Digital team is looking for a Salesforce Administrator and Developer to join our team.We are seeking an individual with experience designing and developing tailored software solutions with a focus on Salesforce and Mulesoft.

This opportunity requires an excellent knowledge of the overarching Salesforce solution architecture, full stack development and integration. The focus will be on evolving & improving our application ecosystem in a complex multi-site distribution environment.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Admin and Developer:
  • Work closely with Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Scrum Master and business users to analyze functional requirements and the underlying business drivers, issues, and challenges
  • Gather information on current system’s performance and propose optimizations
  • Provide expert knowledge and proficiency for Salesforce & Mulesoft technologies to meet agile business needs
  • Design and develop solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
  • Integrate, manage, and maintain 3rd party software integrated with
  • Design, configure and maintain security rules, permission sets, field level security, record level security, roles and profiles
  • Translates business requirements and challenges into well-architected solutions that best leverage our technology investments
  • Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
  • Review user stories and acceptance criteria, estimate user story sizing, and participate to all scrum meetings (planning, daily scrum, retrospective, etc.)
  • Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce to drive solution architecture
  • Design systems that meet the organization’s requirements by researching emerging technologies for new and current solutions
  • Review and provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure and project plans and communicate potential risks
  • Increase user adoption by contributing to user interface (UI) design & evolution
  • Produce data migration (ETL) analysis and strategy documentation
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
  • Assist in supporting the live application
  • Learn, develop and adapt on new technology trends from Salesforce or other key business-related technologies
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering, or other relevant technology-focused degree
  • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) and demonstrated track record of solution architecture contributions in multi-site distribution environment
  • Certifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience on Salesforce
  • A minimum of 4 years of design and development experience of custom solutions in Apex & Lightning
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, APEX, C# .NET, VB .NET, JSON
  • Strong knowledge of the development lifecycle
  • Understanding of key SFDC and general CRM and ERP architectural concepts and how they influence design and sustainment
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
  • Experience in providing program oversight and solutions architecture for applications
  • Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft for integration development
  • Knowledge of and experience deploying cloud application architectures (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong experience with Agile and DevOps
  • Strong understanding of relational database design, administration, utilization and optimization
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work well with others
