Job Summary:
Matrix Video Communications Corp. is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their amazing Winnipeg team. This is a small branch, so many of our employees wear many hats meaning we are looking for an individual who would be willing to help out with different tasks that come their way.

Core Responsibilities:
General Office duties such as answering and redirecting calls, enthusiastically greeting and directing guests, and filing documents
Coordinating and accepting shipments and couriers daily
Preparing Shipments and any assistance with warehouse tidying and organization
Track Time Logs for Installers to ensure all costs are allocated to the proper jobs and submit every Monday morning
Schedule Jobs for the Winnipeg Branch coordinating with several individuals for information
Other admin duties as required and assigned

Previous Administrative or Reception Experience required
Used to working with a computer and are willing to learn new technology and software
Basic Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Detail oriented, highly organized and can multitask (i.e. checking exact PO numbers and serial numbers, etc).
Have excellent time management skills and make great decisions about which work to prioritize
Comfortable professionally communicating face to face, over the phone and in writing
Previous Customer Service Experience considered an strong asset
