We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!
As an Administrative Assistant, your work will have a big impact on Supporting our Casualty Claims team. People will count on you to support our claims handling operations from assignment, support and deliver monthly production information to our management.
Here are a few ways you'll make a difference:
Prepare litigation files for delivery to internal and external legal firms
Maintain SharePoint database
Monitor and finalize one-shot claims from independent adjusters
Compile adjuster stats for presentation to managers for monthly adjuster dashboards
Coordinate facility association update requests
Identify processes improvements and share these with management
Involvement in Contact 360 indexing of documents
Minimum three (3) years experience working a large organization in an administrative capacity
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent work experience
Excellent grammatical skills required for document compilation
Strong attention to detail
