As a Regional Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with regional management teams and Industry Partner Relations to create a regional profile that will identify regional community organizations to extend the WSPS reach based on the WSPS Annual Small Business Plan. The Regional Community Coordinator builds and maintains community, stakeholder, and customer relationships to identify common goals for the promotion of WSPS and provincial OH&S prevention initiatives, products and services while meeting defined organizational goals and objectives.
If you have experience working directly and supporting small business initiatives, community group coordinator or industry relationship management, along with education and/or training in health and safety specific legislation and hazards, are self-directed with initiative to develop new relationships, facilitation and instruction skills in various settings and levels of audience, and 3 years of related industry experience, we’d love to hear from you.
If you have 3-5 years of related experience in occupational hazard identification, assessment and control, and CRST or CRSP designation, it would be an added bonus.
