Meet WSPS

Each year, through the provision of health and safety consulting, training, events and resources, WSPS reaches an ever-expanding group of businesses across the agricultural, manufacturing and service sectors.

We love what we do and invite you to join us in protecting the potential of Ontario businesses and their workers. Together, we can help people live lives uninterrupted by workplace injury or illness.

We are looking for people who are skilled at what they do, and are driven to contribute to our vision and share our values: a concern for worker well-being, a desire to nurture strong relationships, a commitment to integrity and a future-focused mindset.

The Regional Community Coordinator builds and maintains community, stakeholder, and customer relationships to identify common goals for the promotion of WSPS and provincial OH&S prevention initiatives, products and services while meeting defined organizational goals and objectives.

If you have experience working directly and supporting small business initiatives, community group coordinator or industry relationship management, along with education and/or training in health and safety specific legislation and hazards, are self-directed with initiative to develop new relationships, facilitation and instruction skills in various settings and levels of audience, and 3 years of related industry experience, we’d love to hear from you.

If you have 3-5 years of related experience in occupational hazard identification, assessment and control, and CRST or CRSP designation, it would be an added bonus.
