Conditions of Employment:

Must provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics (DULE) designation and/or equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
Experience in interpreting complex commercial lease agreements.
Experience in tenant relations and resolving landlord disputes.
Experience in commercial property management and administration.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Effective written communication skills.
Experience using SAP.
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Contracts Services, the Leased Property Manager is the first point of contact for all client departments that occupy leased facilities. The leased portfolio currently consists of over 2.0 million square feet. The Leased Property Manager provides planning and coordination of government lease renewals and resolves all facility related issues in ASD leased facilities. The position requires extensive lease analysis and communication with client departments, external organizations, as well as internal branches to ensure lease information and responses to clients’ concerns with leased facilities are provided in a timely fashion.
