Job Overview:

This individual is responsible for managing and owning the end to end delivery of a Salesforce implementation. A successful candidate must be highly motivated, experienced with scoping and understanding business pains, and appropriately mapping those challenges to Salesforce solutions. The ability to manage project scope, budget and client relationships and expectations are also critical to the role.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Own and lead the Brightmark project team to successfully execute the full project lifecycle, from scoping through to go-live and end user training
  • Lead the capturing of Business Requirements, applying business acumen and industry knowledge as appropriate to scope the project in detail
  • Translate business requirements into the Salesforce Solution Design, mapping requirements to both standard and custom Salesforce functionality
  • Responsible for all Project Management metrics, including budget, scope, timeline and quality of work
  • Oversee the build phase of the prototype, getting hands-on as required, executing Quality Assurance, and managing the project’s Analyst and Developer resources
  • Oversee the loading of data into Salesforce to support training and/or go-live, and the transformation of existing data within Salesforce as required to align with an updated data model
  • Lead the execution of User Acceptance Walkthroughs with the Client, overseeing the project team’s refinements to the prototype based on feedback provided by the Client
  • Lead End User Training and Salesforce Administrator Training
  • Develop comprehensive End User Training Documentation as required
  • Support Clients in resolving post go-live questions and requests
  • In partnership with the Sales organization, identify future phases of work and outline a Salesforce platform roadmap for the Client based on the current scope of work
  • Sell the value of Brightmark post go-live support to ensure successful go-live and maintenance of the system
  • Use of the following tools: Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Salesforce Data Loader


  • Proven track record in leading and managing Salesforce projects end to end
  • Ability to map requirements to a solution design within the Salesforce platform
  • Project Management experience in owning the full project lifecycle and project metrics
  • Strong communication and client management skills with experience successfully managing client expectations throughout a project lifecycle
  • Experience with Salesforce, Data Loader, Project Management Tools, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • The following Salesforce certifications are strongly recommended:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience implementing the following Salesforce Clouds:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Communities Cloud
  • Financial Services Cloud (strong nice to have)
  • Pardot (nice to have)
  • Other marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo - nice to have)
