Job Summary

We are looking for a developer with strong leadership skills, significant experience with back-end services, and the ability to balance quality and delivery. As technical lead, you will be an architect and a developer, and will be expected to make decisions, contribute to the product, and enable your team to succeed. In this role, you will contribute to and own some of the back-end services that power our RQ product.

Responsibilities:
Setting and documenting the technical vision and architecture for the product
Writing and reviewing production code regularly
Closely work with the Product Manager to create product backlog
Coaching and mentoring developers on the team
Conducting regular one on ones with developers on the team
Completing assessments every 6 months for developers on the team
Facilitating scrum team retros to identify and improve on team practice
Ensuring the software development practices are at their best to deliver high quality features
Ensuring product is secure and compliant as defined by Security Architect

Qualifications:
Substantial experience with C# and .NET Core
5+ years experience developing web services
Experience with distributed systems
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
