The Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy will lead the creation and continued innovation of our Customer Success offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic strategy for Autodesk Success Offerings across Consulting, Customer Success, Product Support, and Renewals. You will be responsible for overall design of our success portfolio, including collecting feedback and requirements from customers and cross-functional teams. You will ensure our success portfolio supports customer adoption and implementation of Autodesk technology.
Create and document our global customer success strategy, including maintaining the overall success portfolio roadmap and aligning our success offering strategy with the broader GTM strategy
Advocate for the expected customer experience across different subscription plans, and work with delivery teams on how to execute on that experience
Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships and lead ongoing communication and alignment around the success portfolio strategy
Provide program management for the design of success offerings that drive product adoption and expansion and enhance customer experience
Work closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and customer success to launch new and /or update existing success offerings
Manage the collection of feedback and customer and market data to inform offering development
Define performance metrics and conduct analysis on overall portfolio effectiveness
Manage a team of portfolio strategists
10+ Years relevant work experience, especially in a Services or Offering Design function
Experience leading teams, both directly and through influence
Proven record of creating and executing go-to-market plans including partnering with stakeholders from ideation through launch
Offering Strategy and / or Product Management experience
Knowledge of Customer Journey Mapping and Experience Design
Experience working effectively with global / virtual teams
Strategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
