The Opportunity:
The Accommodation Consultant is responsible for contributing to the overall success of Minto Furnished Suites by managing all incoming sales enquiries and by maintaining the Property Management System - SAP. The Accommodation Consultant will also work closely with the unfurnished leasing team and assist with unfurnished site tours and leases when needed.

What you'll be responsible for day to day:
Assists in the management of client relationships through the reservation process;
Partners with Account Executive or Sales Managers;
Handle email, web, online chat, telephone, walk-in sales enquiries, qualify prospects and conducts site tours as required;
Prepares and completes reservation forms and forwards necessary information to pertinent departments;
Manages inventory and maximizes yield management;
Reports all sales results into the Customer Relationship Management system on a daily basis;
Works with leasing team to manage site tours and lease completion for unfurnished inventory;
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Who we're looking for:
Education: Relevant post-secondary education would be considered as asset.

Experience: Minimum two (2) years in service industry. Prefer administrative experience in sales, call center, hospitality, tourism or real estate environment with high service standards. Exposure to high volume and a fast paced environment.

Specialized Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
SAP knowledge and/or experience would be considered an asset
