We are looking for just the right person to join our Operations team. This team approach utilizes the unique abilities of all of the team members to provide top-notch property management services to a portfolio of buildings. You spearhead the organization of the property managers, with everyone working towards the common goal of providing the best possible care for the portfolio.

What you’ll do:
  • Liaise with strata council members, building owners and residents by telephone and email
  • Coordinate and participate in daily or weekly touchpoints with the team regarding their portfolio and upcoming key items
  • Assist Property Managers with obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming jobs with tradespeople at the direction of the Property Manager
  • Monitor and update building profile sheets
  • Monitor and prepare building keys for pick up
  • Coordinate guest suites bookings and moves
  • Coordinate and update parking and locker allocations
  • Provide primary coverage for the Front Desk/ Reception
  • Being aware of and follow office and company protocol regarding services
  • Positively present and represent the company in the community
  • Other duties as required

  • Demonstrated customer service excellence

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Position Details
  • $36,000-40,000 annually to start
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Burnside office location (20 Burnside Rd West)
  • Hours of work: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, with an hour for lunch
  • Office closed on weekends and statutory holidays
