Daily and Monthly Duties and Responsibilities
Broker/Manager will devote his/her full-time attention and ability to the business and affairs of the Brokerage and provide consistent leadership.
Hire dismiss and be responsible for the admin/reception staff.
Recruit and retain productive sales agents.
Support the Sales Representatives, Brokers and support staff in the achievement of their professional goals and duties while maintaining personal and professional standards of conduct.
Assist Administration in acquiring the necessary paperwork from the Sales Agents.
Assist Administration and staff to enforce compliance of all real estate laws and rules.
Organize, lead Sales meetings and events.
Participate and support in RAHR sponsored training and development programs.
Be available and on call to answer any questions from Sales Agents or Staff.
Interview new and experienced salespeople and introduce them to our Program as well as review the policies & procedures with them.
Handle all complaints by the public, legal actions from RECO and TREB.
Sign mutual releases and cheques when necessary or as required.
Participate in Real Estate associations that would benefit our company Primarily TREB, committees, task forces etc) as recommended by the Broker of Record.
Investigate, organize and follow up, specific projects or proposals as requested by the Broker/President.
Participate in weekly and monthly management meetings.
Build an inclusive and positive culture in the office and investigate opportunities to for RAHR to participate in the community.
Additional certifications/designations are a plus
5-7years minimum real estate management experience required
Excellent organization skills

Excellent computer skills (MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
