In this client-facing business opportunities and solutions focused role, you will lead discovery sessions, scoping, requirements elicitation and management, solution planning, applications management and validation of solution and business readiness activities. Your success will be measured by quality of requirements and solution approach along with the reliability of project deliveries within project timelines. Reporting to the IT PMO, you will operate as a trusted advisor and be the feet on the ground on one or more business units you support such as Sales, Finance, Marketing and Logistics/Supply Chain. This role is based in Vancouver, BCand will involve up to 10% travel to our other offices.

What you'll do:
Business Requirements Elicitation:
Identification of stakeholders and gathering their requirements
Prioritization, planning and analysis of business requirements
Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements, and business rules by engaging with key internal and external stakeholders
Lead the creation and maintenance of MAG’s technology platforms / roadmaps
Seek and apply knowledge of Brewing, CPG and beverage industry practices to design best in class solutions
Tracking changes in business requirements as they occur during project lifecycle
Leverage Business Analyst best practices to collect and document functional requirements, technical requirements and business process flows as required to advance desired project objectives
Build trust-based relationships with business leads and IT teams: Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, PMO, ERP, DevOps, BI/data and IT Operations & Infrastructure. Drive successful outcomes within established deadlines
Support the Analytics team in defining data tracking, collection and extract/reporting requirements including KPIs, insights and analytics
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to ensure we are building scalable data models and architecture

Process Analysis & Feasibility Assessment:
Map existing systems and processes, and identify areas of improvement
Ensure cross team delivery processes are in place for MAG’s technology platforms, working and collaborating with management peers
Perform business case and cost/benefit analysis as required for small projects
Assist in evaluation of workflow and data flow processes as necessary

Validation and Support for Solution Design:
Support and/or lead requirements review and solution design sessions
Work closely with the Technology teams to determine the best solutions that meet client needs (e.g. recommend 3rd party tools and technologies, aligning with MAG’s services and technology capabilities)
Work closely with the QA team to ensure requirements are adequately accounted for in test plans and test cases

Application Administration & Management:
Communicate key SFDC and data concepts in a matter appropriate to the target audience, including end users, business leaders and corporate IT
Administer SFDC configuration as required for MAG needs
Create and manage native / custom SFDC objects, fields, formulas, layouts, profiles, security settings, reports and dashboards
Develop and maintain triggers, validation rules and custom workflows
Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
Refine existing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Extract and manipulate data into useable reports and dashboards
Design and develop automated processes for alerts and notifications
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Develop and maintain triggers, validation rules and custom workflows
Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures

What you'll need:
5+ years’ experience in a SFDC Architecture or Product Management or Program Management role with demonstrated accomplishments in one or more cloud offerings (i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Partner Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) specifically with Brewing/Supply Chain/Logistics/CPG industry knowledge
Understanding of Business Intelligence, data governance, data architecture and BI Tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Understanding of SDLC and experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Experience with Visualforce and/or Apex is an asset
Ability to work with tools such as DataLoader and Force.com
