Located in Fox Creek, Alberta and reporting to the Manager of Operations Accounting, the field administrator will be primarily responsible for invoicing our clients, identifying and resolving invoicing issues, responding promptly to client inquiries and preparing weekly reports and documentation regarding volume delivered to our complexes in Alberta and British Columbia.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Required Skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Organizing daily truck tickets
  • Maintain up to date and accessible client records
  • Contacting clients for approval of volume in a timely manner, as well as for
payment of outstanding balances
  • Prepare detailed invoices with supporting documentation in SAGE (formerly
AccPac)
  • Submission of invoices into third party (web based) systems
  • Issuing weekly/monthly account statements to clients
  • Responding professionally and promptly to client inquiries
  • Identify and resolve disputed account balances and invoicing issues
  • Reporting daily and weekly volume and revenue to executives
  • Providing month end reports to various clients
  • Assisting in payroll administration, as required
  • Providing day to day administrative support to our operations professionals
  • Adhoc reporting where required
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years billings and AR experience in similar industry required
  • Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Accounting certificate/Diploma is an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Experience with SAGE, Cortex, Ariba and ADP Open Invoice is an asset

internal and external clients

Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Strong adherence to Catapult safety policies and protocol’s
  • Proven track record of success
  • Ability to handle a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
  • Must be self-motivated and able to function in a team environment
