Currently we are looking for a motivated, energetic individual to assist in administration for our company.
This position is a full time position Tuesday to Saturday 9 to 5:30.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, and is comfortable communicating via telephone, fax and email.
The responsibilities for this position are:
- Answering phones as well as greeting customers
- Retrieving mail and distributing
- Coordinate with our truck shipments both south as well as north. Processing trucks through the ACE/ACI programs.
- Inputting purchases in accounting program as well as creating sales invoices.
- Handling warranties
- Must have own vehicle to do daily banking
- Entering invoices and deposits
