We are searching for a Customer Service Printing Coordinator to join our team in Montreal for the long run.

Job Description:

Repsonsibilities and daily tasks will entail the following

rinted Logo orders

-Creat, modify and verify customer logo's for printing

-Ensure that the accuracy of the data is entered correctly

-Coordinate, schedule and follow up tightly with the Department to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered on time.

-Responds to and follows up with Customer inquiries and order statuses

-Investigates and resolves discrepancies, inconsistencies as well as missing data

-Calculate and Prepare for custom customer orders


-Must be detail oriented and must have strong computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Email (outlook)

-Knowledge of Sage Accpac is a Bonus

-Ability to work within tight time constraints and meet scheduled deadlines

-Must be punctual, patient, friendly, organized, detail oriented

- Be able to handle pressure, rushes and deadlines during our busy season

-Must be professional, respectful and a good team player at all times

Hours are full time from Monday to Friday- 9 am to 5 pm

Starting salary is $29,000 - negotiable depending on experience.

Health benefits available after 3 months
