Art of SKIN is a full service cosmetic, medical and surgical Dermatology clinic specializing in non-surgical anti-aging and corrective treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, skincare and laser treatments including IPL, laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, rejuvenation, vascular disease and liposuction.

Our busy Cosmetic Clinic is looking to add a full time, Director of First Impressions (Medical & Cosmetic Reception - MOA)to our dynamic and dedicated team. We have an immediate opening for highly motivated, professional and experienced front office receptionist to join our dynamic team. Working alongside our medical aestheticians, nurses and physicians, the Director of First Impressions will assist with facilitating the administrative elements of each patient encounter and visit. This is a key, patient facing role with significant influence on patient experience, satisfaction, and sales.

The successful candidate will be an organized, dynamic, results-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales or sales support roles.They must also be a strong team player with prior laser/medical esthetics knowledge, as well as office and reception experience.This individual must walk the walk and talk the talk within the cosmetic industry including professional demeanour and appearance.

Hours would be full-time. Hours may vary slightly, and flexibility would be an asset. Hourly wage will be dependent on level of experience. This position also requires front office duties such as data entry and reception duties. Position will begin upon suitable selection of a candidate.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Previous laser and/or medical esthetics, skincare knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and cheerful outlook, reliable, honest and a quick learner
  • Strong attention to detail, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while providing our clients with an amazing customer service experience
  • Knowledge, experience and a passion for skin care, fashion, and beauty industry
  • Experience with MS office software
