The Role:
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will love the challenge of turning a prospect into a buyer. You can’t wait to get into work the next day to see how the campaign you just launched is performing and what adjustments you can make to improve performance. You understand how complex the B2B buyer journey can be and love the opportunity to make it simple. You love learning! Specifically, you will:
Become a thought leader and subject matter expert within Swift Medical and in the market through your written content, presentations, videos etc.
Develop and refine campaigns to ensure we are engaging leads in an ongoing conversation and nurturing them throughout the sales cycle. We don’t flip leads here, we work as a combined marketing and sales teams to create revenue.
Be constantly measuring/reporting on learnings, successes, and failures. You will pull the plug on what doesn’t work, fast. And what does work, we’ll give you the resources to scale that up, fast.
Work closely with the sales team (BDRs and Account Executives) through regular touchpoints and enable them to convert prospects to pipeline and deals to closed revenue.
Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and ensure they are distributed across the appropriate channels for maximum impact.
Establish, maintain and refine scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

What We’re Looking for from You:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a small/midsized company and preferably in the technology or healthcare industry with a focus on demand generation. If you’ve been a marketing leader in the home health industry you will go to the top of the list.
Ability and willingness to become a Home Health Subject Matter Expert, we want you to seek the knowledge to make you an expert.
Experience working in a Demand Generation role with either a pipeline focused target or a lead focused target.
Experience in traditional (webinars, live conferences etc) and digital (website, SEO social) marketing techniques and the wisdom to know which to use when.
Experience building growth programs from scratch and measuring and improving the effectiveness of demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel.
Experience working very closely with internal sales teams to create pipeline and drive deals to close with strong marketing assets.
A quantitative thinker and data-driven marketer who leverages key metrics and qualitative analysis to refine strategies, tactics, and outcomes.
Love using tools like Hubspot (or other marketing automation /CRM platforms).
The ability to write remarkable content in every form possible; Emails, Subject Lines, Video Scripts, Webinar Scripts, Blogs, One-pagers, Web copy, BDR scripts, ad copy and more.
Have superior executive-level client service skills.
Thrive in an ambiguous and highly dynamic growth environment.
