MONTREAL, CALGARY OR THORNHILL

WSP is currently seeking an Information Management Business Analyst to join our Information Management (IM) Team, located at one of our offices in Montreal, Calgary or Thornhill. Reporting to the Director of Information Management this position will be responsible for working with business clients, providing them day to day support of IM solutions, tools and platforms in addition to gathering business requirements and working on key IM projects on behalf of WSP Canada. The successful candidate for this role will engage with clients daily providing operational support of IM solutions to clients, delivering IM services including implementing solutions and content migrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing operational support and troubleshooting on IM systems including SharePoint 2013, O365 and OpenText Content Server
Provide support to end users and clients and act as key point of contact for clients where additional support of IM solutions are required from other technical support teams
Documenting business requirements, designing and implementing IM solutions for clients using tools such as SharePoint 2013, SharePoint online, Nintex workflow/forms, Power Automate & MS Forms
Assisting in the design and creation of SharePoint sites, Team sites and other configuration activities on IM platforms for clients
Analyze client information/content then plan and execute migration of content as required from SharePoint 2013 or other sources into O365
Delivering formal and informal training to clients
Key contact with ITSM team and other IT groups as required for change management, operations management/reporting, ticket escalation and other ITSM processes

QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Science or Information Systems degree, IT/IS Technical diploma/certificate or equivalent
Between 3-5 years of experience

Soft skills:
Min 1-2 years of business analysis experience
Experience delivering training, creating training materials and facilitating related communications
Requirements gathering experience
Technical writing skills/knowledge an asset
Change management skills/knowledge an asset

Technical skills:
1-2 years of IM and enterprise content management operational support experience
IM technologies at WSP include: SharePoint 2013, Nintex Forms/Workflows, SharePoint online, ShareGate/migration skills, OnePlace solutions, Office 365 including MS Teams, Power Automate, Forms
Experience with ShareGate or other migration tools is a key asset

Communication skills:
Ability to speak with both technical IT staff and with business clients is essential
Must be bilingual (able to speak, read and write) in French and English
