Temporary Office Administrator, Finance
Department (3 Month Temporary Contract)

Are you looking for a fast paced and interesting entry level administrative job experience within a growing company? We are searching for a Temporary Office Administrator to join our busy Finance team at 3 Sixty Secure Corp. As the ideal candidate, you will directly support the Finance team in achieving the Company goals by performing general clerical duties.
Reporting to the Controller, and responsive to the Corporate Accountants, the successful candidate will provide general office support, completing administrative tasks including general filing and the digitalization of all hardcopy finance files. All applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and be able to work in our Almonte head office. Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office Suite is a must. All
additional training will be provided.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:
Compete general office duties including the collation of client invoices, bills, and other documents
Photocopying and collating of Finance documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Sorting and filing documents, both hard copy and scanned documents

Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases as needed

Assist with other administrative tasks as requested

Skills/Qualifications

Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Effective communicate skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem resolution skills strong computer skills, including effective working knowledge of MS Microsoft Suite, strong Excel skills

Working knowledge of office equipment including photocopiers, scanners, email platform

Dependable, reliable and punctual, with access to reliable transportation

Advanced decision making and critical thinking skills

Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
