We are a well established Digital Marketing company and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team:

  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel
  • Good all around computer skills
  • Analytical and good all around with numbers
  • Accurate with an attention to detail
  • Team Player that can get along in a fast paced environment

Duties can include:

  • General Administration
  • Business correspondence
  • Maintaining Spreadsheets
  • Creating Reports
  • Troubleshooting customer requests
  • Light Bookkeeping Duties
  • Correspondence with with Clients / Customer Services
  • Overseeing our Help Desk.
  • Testing websites
  • Website content updates
  • Producing Emailers and mailing list management
  • Assisting the marketing team to in regards to Social Posts, Tracking and Reporting

Full or part time will be considered.
