Benevity is looking for its next passionate marketer to drive growth for our best-in-class suite of enterprise corporate social responsibility and culture-building products. Using your analytical mind and tech skills, you will be a key player on our Demand Generation team, helping to drive new leads and helping us deliver a best-in-class digital experience for all of our users.
You are a digital marketing nerd at heart and love experimenting with new technology, adapting to the latest algorithms, testing creative, UX and design and digging into the data to help us achieve our marketing KPIs. You have a deep knowledge of all aspects of paid media (SEM, display, native, paid social and remarketing), and you bring expertise in online marketing strategies (ABM, SEO, CRO, content marketing, etc.). You’ve managed large-scale corporate websites in multiple languages and markets to drive on-site conversion. You understand how to stretch your budget to strike a perfect balance between digital advertising and inbound marketing, and you bring a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
Relaunch Benevity’s corporate website on a new CMS platform
Implement best practices and leading digital experiences/tools to increase engagement and conversion
Develop and execute regular test plans for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Increase organic search rankings and referral traffic
Raise Benevity’s profile on third-party review sites to increase referral traffic
Determine digital media budgets and manage spend to the most critical KPI
Collaborate with digital agency to drive lead acquisition through paid channels and increase brand awareness/engagement through paid social strategies
Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and make investment/channel recommendations to leadership
Advise on digital brand campaigns to drive greater reach and brand awareness
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure digital strategies are amplifying lead qualification efforts
Work with Marketing Automation team to enhance email performance
Identify content needs to drive inbound marketing
What you bring
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with majority in B2B SaaS
CMS platform experience (Acquia preferred)
Google Analytics certification (or equivalent experience)
Testing software experience (e.g. Google Optimize)
Experience working with agencies or on ad platforms
Advanced Excel skills
ABM, marketing attribution, Salesforce and Marketo experience an asset
