Ornaments Canada Inc. We locate in North York steel industry area of Toronto. The convenient location provides flexibility and easement to our valued customers. We manufacture and distribute pickets, posts, scrolls, spears, panels, leaves, handrails and also other ornaments parts to Canada and North American markets. Our products could be used on all kinds of decoration, such as inside and outside railing, fence, gate, balcony, and even an adornment on the wall.

The Role

We are seeking highly competent senior corporate sales professionals to join us and serve in the capacity of Corporate Sales Manager to work closely with our suppliers, valued customers and our commercial team. The individual must demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and negotiate complex commercial terms and devise creative solutions to meet our customers’ needs. The job environment requires actively influencing and motivating a variety of people in changing situations.

Job Duties
Participates in overall sales and marketing strategy and goal planning for sale of Ornaments Canada Inc. products;

  • Develop and execute annual corporate sales strategies to increase the market share of the company in both commercial and residential market;
  • Initiate corporate business management trend research, and advise the company regarding target demographics for marketing initiatives;
  • Participate in negotiating agreements and contracts with business partners and corporate clients;
  • Develop creative content and methods for both traditional & non-traditional marketing and sales campaigns across various channels to promote brand awareness;
  • Keeping up to date amid current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies;
  • Work with present and potential customers on modifications to Ornaments products to meet customer requirements, such as special orders or custom requirements;
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service team to ensure that the product installation process is consistent with the needs of clients, and all orders are processed on time and according to specifications;
  • Report, analyze and review business results and report to the management with specific details and statistics;
  • Collaborate with other functions, including marketing, finance and customer service team to support the achievement of business objectives and a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Recruit, interview, and train new salespeople.

Core Competencies and Skills Required

  • Post-Secondary Diploma is required;
  • At least 5 years of experience working in senior sales position, experience of managing sales team is preferred;
  • Previous experience with manufacturing business with export and import need is considered an asset;
  • Experience of corporate training, sales planning, and strategic planning is preferred;
  • Strong intercultural communications skills;
  • Ability to actively interact with other units with professionalism, tact and good manner;
  • Highly organized, focused individual who excels in relationship building, which is critical to the success of this position;
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently;
  • Outstanding leadership, ability to coach, lead and motivate staff;
  • Proficiency in workplace software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc;
  • Bi-lingual preferred English and Mandarin
