Our team is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Manager of Sales Department to take lead of the sales team for iLobby – the global leader in Enterprise Visitor Management solutions that helps companies track, manage, and monitor who’s in their building, while increasing security and efficiency.

The Manager of Sales Department is directly responsible for leading iLobby’s sales team, identifying new opportunities, driving sales, targeting strategic partnerships, enhancing our market position, and increasing sales of existing accounts. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and overall client success. iLobby is committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers.

  • Identify, target, and develop new sales opportunities

· Establish long-term relationships with key business partners (clients, distributors and other channel partners), and continue to scale internationally to expand our partnerships and clientele

· Mentor, lead and drive our Toronto-based sales teams and develop and implement repeatable sales processes that will enable sales representatives to meet and exceed their sales quotas

· Management of Local and Remote teams- Managers, Sales Reps, Lead Gen Reps

  • Work with the CEO in planning and executing sales strategies and settings quotas
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for industries and individuals
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all sales initiatives and activities
  • Manage relationships, analyze and track key metrics to drive revenue, identify trends and highlight opportunities to better serve customer needs.
  • Continuously improve processes and conversion metrics across the sales funnel

· Ensure that account sales team uses tools and content properly

· Develop territory creation and improvement

  • Develop and coordinate administration of sales compensation
  • Ensure that customer’s service level expectations are being met and/or exceeded
  • Conduct research, including competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing department to develop creative outreach strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Identify and attend relevant and appropriate industry and regional events and trade shows for networking and new business opportunities as appropriate


  • 10+ years of sales experience, as well as experience in a leadership/managerial role in Sales
  • Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth across multiple channels and market segments
  • Proven sales skills across the entire sales cycle including opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposition presentation, objection handling and offer negotiation.
  • Experience building a sales team, including recruiting and hiring sales reps, developing and implementing inside sales processes, and scaling a repeatable, dependable sales model
  • Proven leader with the ability to create and expand a global sales strategy and team player with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Experience in technology, global business or technology consulting
  • Extensive experience in building reports and dashboards, and data analysis
  • Proven performance within the sales teams, and ability to lead by example with strong sales performance
  • Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Bonus: Clearly demonstrable success developing and executing B2B inside sales strategies for a SaaS company
  • Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams with a passion for coaching and developing talent, pushing people to exceed their own expectations of what is possible
  • Driven by results, with an obsessive focus on metrics and ownership of revenue metrics
  • Detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to go from strategic planning to diving deep into analytics, when necessary, to find root causes of problems, gain insights for process improvements and identify opportunities
  • Has consistently exceeded revenue and growth targets as an individual contributor and sales leader
  • Fluent in SalesForce
