Who we need

Project X is looking to add a Sr Account Executive who can capitalize on insights and take action. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sr Account Executive will play a critical role on our team and further our rapid growth through strong relationship building and a consultative selling approach. This is an opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, looking for new challenges and an uncapped commission structure. The growth potential for a business savvy hunter comfortable in the Enterprise IT space is unlimited.

What our Sr Account Executive will do:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Project X Ltd.'s service offerings, capabilities, and differentiating value.
Lead complex service delivery processes, develop creative solutions to complex problems, and ensure contractual support service deliverables are understood and managed effectively
Propose solutions by bringing a point of view on various topics in the marketplace (i.e., Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data) and the unique advantages we offer.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within our client base and collaborate with members of the technical teams to pursue and close those opportunities.
End-to-end sales management
Build relationships, initiate conversations with prospective clients, fostering a trusting relationship to gain an in-depth understanding of their critical business issues and technical environment.

And how do we know that's you? You have:
You have 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Account Management within a complex technology service delivery environment.
Experience selling within IT, Insurance, Financial Services or Telecommunication industries is a plus
You have in-depth knowledge and a passion for analytics, enterprise software, user experience design, and strategic services
You have the ability to partner with clients to understand their technology needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
You have a proven track record of selling and building relationships with C-Suite executives
You have consistently exceeded sales quotas
You have experience acting as a collaborative team player to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have experience creating proposals and responding strategically to client's needs.
A university degree, college diploma or relevant experience.
You are flexible to travel 25%+, driven, organized and a self-starter.
