Natures Formulae is a growing natural health product manufacturer located in Kelowna, British Columbia. We are looking for a candidate to join our rapidly expanding operations. Reporting to the President, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving overall growth and profitability targets, in conjunction with the sales objectives of the company.

Ideally you will exude modesty and confidence, know how to convert the big sales picture into tangible outcomes, and get genuine satisfaction from building a sales culture that makes a positive impact, is accountable, and collaborative.

In this role, you will perform the following duties:

  • Responsible to accurately set and achieve sales targets by growing both new and existing clients
  • Manage sales expansion and growth in target industries and markets (USA and Canada)
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a highly effective team to achieve annual sales goals and objectives
  • Directly manage critical client accounts and ensure sales team’s activity is creating appropriate pipeline, deal reviews, and provide assistance where needed throughout the stages to ultimately close the business
  • Implement and manage the adoption of key sales tools
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
  • Provide weekly reports and present quarterly OKRs to management team
  • Represent the organization’s brand in a professional manner consistent with the values of the company

What you need to succeed in this position:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in selling directly to mid-sized and enterprise clients in the health and wellness or cosmetic industry
  • 5+ years of sales management experience leading teams and accurately forecasting revenue projections
  • Consistent track record for running a metric driven business using CRM analytics with proven results in pipeline growth, accuracy, predictability and consistency in achieving quarterly and annual targets
  • Successful management of highly performance sales teams selling into the United States and Canada
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of energy, drive, accountability, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism who is a self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of Spire is an asset
