Your primary responsibilities will include:
Working closely with partners, managers, or other senior staff to develop and implement tax strategies and perform accounting functions for clients
Identifying and resolving accounting, audit and tax issues
Developing strong technical audit, accounting and tax skills
Managing and Reviewing engagement files
Supporting, managing and mentoring firm staff
Identifying and cultivating new sales/service opportunities for clients
Playing a leadership role with respect to firm processes and software applications

A successful candidate will have:
5-7 years plus of progressive public accounting experience
Canadian CPA designation
Proven technical skills in accounting and assurance
Advanced accounting, tax and software knowledge
Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
A passion for client service
Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
