ADT by TELUS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a recruitment professional to manage all components of Commercial Sales and corporate recruitment. We encourage a fun work environment that generates results and helps develop long lasting relationships with our customers and internal teams.
In this role, you will be required to build relationships with both the candidates and internal stakeholders. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle: posting, resume preselection, telephone interviews and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Elaborate national sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline in order to anticipate the needs, and fill the needs.

What we need from you
Bring innovative and creative ideas to propel ADT by TELUS’ top quality candidate pipeline.
Previous experience managing a high volume workbench (20+mandates) in a search firm would be considered an asset
Utilize behavioral and situational interviewing techniques to identify high caliber candidates
High energy, hands on, strategic thinker
Team player to join our recruitment family
LinkedIn recruiter experience with a focus on results and thinking outside of the box.
A deep understanding of the Sales Profile
A completed College or University degree or relevant work experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
TALEO experience strongly preferred
Bilingualism (French and English).
Microsoft Office Suite efficiency
