R Line Utility Construction Inc is a turn-key utility contractor. We have various clients within the telecommunications industry and municipalities installing communications, fibre optics and other various projects. R Line is currently seeking experienced and skilled directional drillers to operate directional drills and locators, used for installing conduit for fibre optic cable on telecommunications underground installation job sites.
