  • Receiving phone calls
  • Obtaining messages from phone calls and conveying them to the appropriate person
  • Customer service duties
  • Making and printing invoices
  • Data entry
  • Conducting walk-in sales
  • Entering orders into our internal order fulfillment system
  • Accounts Receivable phone calls
  • Receiving orders
  • Light cleaning to maintain appearance of showroom
  • Basic filing
  • Occasional updating of website
  • Miscellaneous Office Duties
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure effective order fulfillment
  • All other duties as prescribed


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook applications
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects
  • Possess strong problem solving abilities
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Possess good research skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour
