Client Success Summer Intern
Reporting to the Client Success Manager, the Client Success Intern will be instrumental in for ensuring Farmers Edge clientele receive and utilize the services provided by the Company in a timely and professional manner to result in educated, satisfied clients that will re-sign year after year.Over the course of the internship, there will be opportunity to create stories from experiences to present on to your team.
What you'll be doing:
Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients;
Manage farm client relationships and communicate with clients both face to face as well as over the phone;
Update and train clients on Farm Command and other proprietary software programs;
Utilize the field centric data contained within Farm Command to generate stories that relate to our customers current and potential usage of the platform. Present these stories to the Farmers Edge team at the competition of the internship;
Probe growers by asking questions to collect information for the purpose of creating stories;
Respond to all inquiries from Farmers Edge clients and handle issues that may arise;
Provide input and feedback to reporting manager relating to all things related to agronomy and product/service development;
Document calls, adding to knowledge database;
Contribute presentation material to representatives and growers for training or sales calls;
Complete expense, truck, maintenance logs, mileage reporting as per prescribed schedule;
Weekly or bi-weekly face to face meetings with local Hub Farm Team to ensure seamless delivery/execution resulting in high-level customer experience;
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed:
Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Agricultural or related field at a university or college level;
Some agricultural experience would be an asset;
Comfortable developing new relationships and presenting;
Self-starter attitude and comfortable being in an autonomous role;
Able to travel throughout the region, potential overnight;
Valid drivers license with a reasonably clear driving record.
Farmers Edge offers a very competitive compensation package. Salary dependent onqualifications and skill.
