What you’ll do:
Respond to customer requests related to television, Internet and telephone products;
Promote complementary solutions according to customer’s needs and habits ;
When required, transfer client to most appropriate group able to fulfill customer’s request;
Bring a remarkable sales and service experience on every call.

What you’ll need:
Be available to work:
weekdays between 9AM and 8PM

weekends between 10AM and 6PM

Past experience in sales or customer service;
The ability to communicate clearly in few words;
High school studies (completed) or equivalent degree
Comfortable working on a computer up to 40 hrs. a week.
