We are seeking Senior Project Managers who have experience working on high security projects to join our team.
As a senior project manager you will be responsible for a program of work focused on managing construction and recapitalization projects within a large portfolio of buildings in the National Capital Area.
Your Day to Day:
Lead facilitation meetings to elicit client project requirements;
Produce key project management deliverables: project management plans, risk management plans, change management procedures;
Manage engineering and associated specialist teams, reviewing project costs and resolving variances with predetermined budgets by recommending action and resolving conflicts;
Coordinate Value Engineering exercises or other strategies aimed at integrated design solutions and cost management; ensuring the review and implementation of outcomes from these processes; and
Oversee construction activities, ensuring activities adhere to timeline, scope and cost
The Experience you Bring:
Post secondary education in engineering or architecture;
More than 10 years experience managing large projects;
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Project Management Software;
Experience managing projects within a high security environment;
Experience in cost analysis and risk management;
Familiar with high-technological environments such as data centres, telecommunications, information technology;
Valid Top Secret clearance (currently held, or within the past 11 months);
Valid PMP (Professional Management Professional) certification an asset; and
Bilingual in English and French an asset.
