Job Description

Currently in hyper-growth, Unitrends MSP is looking for experienced Account Executives who can cultivate new opportunities to sell solutions with relationship development and relentless execution. You bring a proven track record of successful IT software sales experience and you thrive in a fast-paced, yet highly rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities;
Build and cultivate a relationship with Channel partners, those signed and registered organizations that resell the Unitrends product line in their local geographies or nationwide;
Develop a prospect pipeline to close business, meet personal revenue goals (quota) for the company’s products and services;
Build, manage and track a high volume of sales opportunities within the Unitrends MSP customer base;
Gain and maintain access to decision makers in current accounts;
Maintain account records in Unitrends Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Salesforce;
Develop a solid understanding of Unitrends products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development;
Demonstrate the initiative toward researching emerging technologies, trends and competitive information;
Ensure sales targets, objectives, and quotas are achieved quarterly and annually.

Required Skills

2-4+ years sales experience in the software/IT services industry;
Sales experience in systems and desktop management solutions/managed services to the SMB and Managed Service Provider markets;
Strong technical knowledge and experience with IT Systems Management Products
Exceptional telephone- and email-based selling experience;
Ability to excel in a highly structured sales environment with close management of activity levels, sales performance, and adherence to process;
Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and straightforward manner;
An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills;
Involved in running high-level demos and answering questions
A highly professional, dependable, and self-motivated natural leader, who demonstrates high standards of ethical conduct;
Able to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the IT services marketplace and fundamental selling and negotiation/closing skills;
Experienced with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts;
Ability to travel to face-to-face meetings as required.
